Good to know
Homeopathy is an individualized system of care founded on the principle of “like cures like.” Traditionally expressed as similia similibus curentur, it means that a substance capable of producing a particular pattern of symptoms in a healthy person may be used in a highly diluted, prepared form for someone experiencing a similar pattern.
Remedies may begin with plant, mineral, or animal substances and are prepared through serial dilution and vigorous shaking, called succussion.
I look at the whole person—mental, emotional, and physical—not just one symptom or the name of a condition. The goal is to match the complete, individual symptom picture with the most similar remedy.
Homeopathic remedy pictures come from provings (Prüfung): systematic observations of the physical, emotional, and mental changes a substance can produce in healthy volunteers. These observations are recorded in references called Materia Medica. In homeopathic theory, a minute dose of the matching remedy is intended to stimulate the body’s own self-regulating response.
This approach was developed in the late 18th century by German physician Samuel Hahnemann.
Yes. Consultations are designed to take place by secure video from the comfort of your home. Practical details are provided before the appointment.
Michele is still completing her CCHM clinical training. Externship work is conducted within school requirements and reviewed with an assigned supervisor. She is not presenting herself as a graduate or certified practitioner.
Yes. Homeopathy has been practiced for more than 200 years and has a documented relationship with the British Royal Family. King George VI’s patronage helped the London Homeopathic Hospital gain its “Royal” title, Queen Elizabeth II later served as patron, and King Charles III is now Royal Patron of the Faculty of Homeopathy.
Its use extends well beyond Britain. India formally includes homoeopathy within its Ministry of AYUSH and supports it through national education, regulation, and public programs.
You’ll receive a reply about fit, availability, externship participation, and the information needed before scheduling. Sending an inquiry does not establish a practitioner-client relationship.
